BSI is pleased to announce the new version release of PROSPECT 1.1, our award-winning 3-D protein prediction software tool. The new version features an updated database that includes an additional 500 new protein templates. The software's performance capabilities are now more accurate than ever before. PROSPECT is a threading-based protein structure prediction system designed to recognize the fold template whose sequence has insignificant homology to the target sequence.
