 1. The engraving machine should operate continuously for less than 10 hours per day, ensuring the cleanliness of the cooling water and the normal operation of the water pump. It is absolutely impermissible to allow the water-cooled spindle motor to experience a water shortage. Regularly replace the cooling water to prevent the water temperature from becoming too high.

2. After each use of the engraving machine, it is important to clean it thoroughly, ensuring that the dust on the platform and tran mission system is completely removed. Regularly (weekly) lubricate and refuel the transmission system (X, Y, Z axes).

3.If the engraving machine is not used for a long period of time, it should be regularly (weekly) lubricated and allowed to run idle to ensure the flexibility of the transmission system.

4. Regularly (depending on usage) clean the dust inside the electrical box of the engraving machine, and check whether the terminal screws are loose to ensure safe and reliable use of the circuit.
